I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a small city. The pool was great and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and restaurants. overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Came in Izamal to relax and have fun, this hotel was great place for doing it. Location was reasonably good for us, even so it's on a noisy street...

Tbh, there was an bug.

I loved the big, clean rooms and the beautiful yellow exterior of the hotel. the pool, although under construction during my visit, would have been a welcome addition. the free parking and convenient location, only a 10-minute walk from the town center, were definitely a plus. the nearby ruins offered a great opportunity for a scenic climb and breathtaking views. a great option for budget travelers like myself.

The beds were comfy, walking distance to attractions, affordable, AC and hot shower.

Nothing for me.

The room had a strong moldy smell, even with the window opened throughout our stay. The bathroom was outdated and the shower felt like something out of a prison. The wifi was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to connect to the internet. On top of that, we had no water in the morning and had to go to the reception to have it fixed.

our recent stay in izamal was a step up from our last one, thanks to los arcos. the comfy beds, pool, and great location near downtown made it a perfect date night spot. exceeded our expectations for a budget hotel.
